Will SkyDemon work on Windows Phone 7?

It will not. At the moment we support Windows Mobile (6) for free, because SkyDemon is Windows CE software and Windows CE software runs on Windows Mobile 6.

Microsoft made the decision not to be backwards-compatible with Windows Phone 7, so a rewrite is needed for that platform. If we wanted to rewrite SkyDemon for an alternative platform, it would be more likely to be iPhone than Windows Phone 7 at this point (and given the resources that would need, it's still very unlikely).

Not a very positive answer I'm afraid.

Thanks for the update - I was deciding whether my next phone would be Android or WP7, guess it will definitely be Android now! My vote would be for an Android version instead of iPhone ;-)

Pl can I make a plea for Android & NOT Apple. Though I am a great fan of the iphone, going this way would seriously restrict hardware options.

7" is still optimum size IMHO.
